I am the founder and owner of

be executive GmbH, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry – from product launches to executive leadership.

As CEO of Apontis Pharma AG, I led a successful turnaround, established a modern go-to-market model, achieved profitability within months, and tripled the company’s market capitalization. Following this transformation, Apontis Pharma was successfully acquired by an investor.

Before that, I held various leadership positions at Merck KGaA, including Senior VP Europe, General Manager Germany, and Managing Director Portugal.
